At present, with the advancement of technology and the upgrade of the machine tool consumer market, the intelligentization of machine tools is becoming a consensus for the development of machine tool companies. Due to development problems in China's machine tool industry, it has been hovering in the middle and low-end market for machine tool consumption for a long time. Smart calibration. Different from the time-consuming and laborious adjustment methods of traditional machine tools, intelligent machine tools rely on sensors, mechatronics and other technologies to achieve geometric error detection of processing and automatically determine error compensation values. It can be found that the emergence of intelligent calibration not only greatly reduces the difficulty of operation, saves labor costs, but also improves the accuracy of processing, so as to perceive and compensate for the accuracy errors in machine tool processing.
IntelliSense. The intelligent perception of machine tools can be divided into two parts: the perception of the environment and the perception of processing. It is understood that the intelligent prediction of machine tools can analyze the machining status in advance by pre-reading and judging the program. Intelligent maintenance can make flexible adjustments based on the data fed back during processing, timely reporting or autonomous optimization. In addition, intelligent machine tools also have the characteristics of networking, digitalization, and personalization.
Recently, Deloitte China released the "2018 China Smart Manufacturing Report" after investigating more than 150 large and medium-sized production and technical service companies. The report said that about 30% of enterprises stated that the profit contribution rate of smart manufacturing exceeds 50%. The data shows the positive effect of intelligence on manufacturing.
